WORKS PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR EXECUTION
OF DEMINING/MINE SEARCH WORKS

All demining/mine search works for the above mentioned project should be finished until latest October 31, 2011.
5. Eligibility and rules of origin
Participation is open on equal terms to all international and national commercial and nongovernmental organizations, who possess valid accreditation for humanitarian demining operations issued by Croatian Mine Action Center (CROMAC).
6. Number of tenders
For each contract a separate Tender shall be submitted. A Bidder may participate with only one Tender for the same Contract. Bidders submission or participation with more than one Tender (either as a prime or a sub-contractor) for a Contract will result in the disqualification of all those Tenders for that Contract in which the party is involved.
7. Tender validity and tender guarantee
The Tenders shall be valid for period of 60 (sixty) days after the date of the deadline for submission of Tenders and must be accompanied by a Tender security (which value is shown in the above table) for the contract. The Tender security for the contract shall be valid for a period up to and including 60 (sixty) days after the date of the deadline for submission of Tenders. This guarantee will be released to unsuccessful Bidder once the tender procedure has been completed and to the successful Bidder upon signature of the contract by all parties.
8. Performance guarantees
The successful Bidder will be asked to provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the amount of the contract at the signing of the contract. If the selected Bidder fails to provide such a guarantee within this period, the contract will be void and a new contract may be drawn up and sent to the Bidder which has submitted the second best admissible tender.
9. How to obtain the tender dossier
Interested eligible Bidders may purchase the tender dossier for the project at ITF- Implementation Office Croatia, Ante Kovačića 10, Sisak, Croatia fromAugust 24, 2011 from 12:00 hours and in following days, for a non-refundable fee of 100,00 EUR or 730,00 HRK for the whole set (project and corresponding documentation on one cd). Bidder will be able to pay for the Tender Dossier at the moment of purchasing the documents in ITF Office in Croatia. Tenders must be submitted on the standard tender form included in the tender dossier, whose format and instructions must be strictly observed.
Bidders with questions regarding the tender should send them in writing to ITF - Implementation office in Sisak, A. Kovačića 10, Sisak, Fax: +385 44 534 608 (mentioning the publication reference shown in item 1) at least 7 days before the deadline for submission of tenders given in item 10. The Contracting Authority must reply to all Bidder questions at least 3 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
10. Deadline for submission of tenders
The sealed Tenders shall be delivered by registered mail or in person to ITF - Implementation office in Sisak, A. Kovačića 10, 44 000 Sisak, by September 5, 2011 at 12:00 (local time).
