4.   Description of the Contracts


Contract ITF-M&QA-01/11-BH                ITF Contracts in the area of  Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period from  01.05.2011 until 01.05.2013.


Contract ITF-M&QA-02/11-CRO             ITF Contracts in the area of Republic of Croatia for the period from 01.05.2011 until 01.05.2013.


Contract ITF-M&QA-03/11-SRB              ITF Contracts in the area of Republic of Serbia for the period from 01.05.2011 until 01.05.2013.

Eligibility and rules of origin

Participation is open to companies which are accredited to perform monitoring and quality  control works and services on demining and technical survey projects, and are not financed from the government budget, and possess valid accreditation issued by MAC from one of above mentioned countries.

     Eligible Bidders for this tender are the companies which have key personnel who has at least   two years experience on works of monitoring and quality control, who has at least five monitors with monitoring certificate and did not perform demining works in 2010, and will not perform demining works after the conclusion of a contract of monitoring for at least one year.

6.   Number of tenders

For each contract a separate Tender shall be submitted. Eligible Bidders may participate on all  three Contracts.

7.   Tender validity

     Tender shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after the Tender Opening

8.    How to obtain the tender dossier

 Interested eligible Bidders may purchase the Tender documents for the projects at ITF Implementation office Sarajevo, Tešanjska 1/19, Sarajevo from 05 May 2011 from 12:00 hours, and in following days. Tenders must be submitted using the standard Tender form included in the Tender dossier, whose format and instructions must be strictly observed. The cost of the Tender documentation in the amount of  200,00 KM or 102,26 EUR is payable only to the ITF Implementation office Sarajevo, account No. 161 000 000 000 0011  at Raiffeisen Bank d.d.,BiH Sarajevo referencing number  for KM 502021000-030000475-1 or for EUR 502022000-030000475-1 and the name of the Company/Organization for which Tender documentation is being purchased. Upon receipt of evidence on effected payment of the cost for Tender documentation, the bidder will be provided with Tender documentation in the premises of the ITF IO Sarajevo in person.

9.   Final provision

Companies, which sign contract for monitoring and quality control, are not allowed to perform demining/technical survey works.
